How Returns Work

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at customercare@dripbillion.com. Attach clear photos and your order number for quick processing.

• All returns must be authorized by us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Can Be Returned

• We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the size guide before purchasing.

Important Notes

• Returns must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition.

• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your return is processed.
