Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at customercare@dripbillion.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue you store credit for the value of the item.

Because all our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than product defect or error. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

If you’d like to return an item for any reason (other than defects), we offer store credit only. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

To request store credit:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at sales@dripbillion.com

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our return email.

(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll issue store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping) to use on a future order.

Please Note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
